Refund Policy

1. Overview

ilean is an educational entertainment subscription service providing digital relationship content. Because our content is delivered digitally upon purchase, refunds are not automatic — but we believe in customer satisfaction.

2. First Payment Refund

We offer a refund on your first payment if requested within 30 days of that charge. To request a refund, email support@ilean.app with your account email and reason. We will process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Subsequent Payments

Refunds on subsequent billing cycles are at our discretion. We encourage you to cancel before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.

4. Trial Fees

The $0.99 trial fee is non-refundable once the trial period has expired. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, no further charges will be made.

5. EU Consumer Rights

EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, unless the digital content delivery has commenced. By accessing the Service immediately upon subscription, you acknowledge that delivery has commenced and the statutory withdrawal right may not apply. This does not affect our voluntary 30-day first-payment policy above.

6. How to Request

Email support@ilean.app with subject line "Refund Request" and your account email. We reply within 24 hours.
